Who this is for

You don't have to call yourself a singer.

You used to sing, and stopped.

In a choir, at church, in the car, as a child. Somewhere along the way the sound got quieter. This is a way back to it.

You love to rest in sound.

Sound baths and quiet music already help you settle. Here, the sound comes from you, and you make it together with others.

You carry more than you say.

Some feelings don't fit into words yet. A hum, a song or a single long note can give them somewhere to go.

The book

Harnessing vocal power for emotional healing.

Voice Unbound brings together story, practice and lived experience: what the voice holds, why it can feel locked, and simple practices for letting it move again.

Workshop two

The Voice Unbound workshop

A deeper, guided session drawn from selected chapters of the book: practices, prompts and reflection to understand what your own voice is carrying, and to let it out.

Liverpool · Online · Dates to be announced

Until then

Hum one note today, just for you.

Let it be as quiet as you like. Notice where you feel it. That's where this begins.
